Early, mid, and late season stone fruits, picked “just ripe” for unmatched flavour and nutrition.
About Our Peaches & Nectarines
Niagara's Stone Fruit, At Its Peak
Niagara is known for its stone fruits, and there is nothing like eating a fresh, tree-ripened peach. We grow early, mid, and late season peaches and nectarines, and we strive to grow fruit packed with flavour and nutrition by picking them when they are “just ripe.”
Ripening times vary with each variety and Mother Nature’s timing.
Peach & NectarineVarieties We Grow
From traditional freestone peaches to delicate white-fleshed varieties, donut peaches, and smooth-skinned nectarines.
Yellow Fleshed
Peaches
The classic Niagara peach, sweet, juicy, and balanced.
Harrow Diamond
Highly cold-hardy and disease resistant. The first to ripen, medium-sized fruit with attractive red-blushed yellow skin, yellow flesh, and excellent flavour. Considered semi-freestone. Ideal for fresh eating and canning.
Garnet Beauty
Large, early, and delicious. Yellow-fleshed fruit with golden skin and a smooth red blush. Trees produce clouds of pink blooms in spring, followed by juicy, medium-large peaches in summer. Enjoy in pies, cobblers, or fresh off the tree.
Red Haven
A firm freestone fruit with succulent flesh and a flavour balanced between sweetness and tartness. Holds its shape when cooked, great for canning, baking, grilling, and preserves. Juicy enough for a burst of flavour with each bite.
Coral Star
Mid to Late August
Larger, high quality, yellow-fleshed and freestone. Very sweet, rich, slightly tangy flavour. Juicy and aromatic with bright, firm, orange-red skin. Does not brown easily when cut, ideal for fresh eating, baking, and canning.
Crest Haven
Late-season, high-quality, yellow-fleshed freestone peach. Rich, sweet-tart flavour, high juiciness, and a firm texture that holds up well for canning.
Loring
Large, high-quality, yellow-fleshed freestone peaches. Exceptional, balanced flavour, intensely sweet with a slight tang. Firm, juicy texture and vibrant orange-yellow skin with a red blush.
Baby Gold Selection
Baby Gold Peaches
Firm, dense, perfect for canning, see our dedicated Baby Gold page for more.

Baby Gold #7
Typically ripens after Baby Gold #5, around mid-September.

White Lady
A semi-freestone variety with soft, juicy, melting flesh. Exceptionally sweet, often reminiscent of honey or floral notes. Delicate and easily bruised, but wonderfully sweet.
