About Our Apricots

A Short, Sweet Window

We grow early, mid, and late season apricots. The season is short, beginning early July and running to mid or late August, so when they’re at the market, don’t miss them.

Ripening times vary with each variety and Mother Nature’s timing.

Apricot Varieties We Grow

Three varieties that give us a steady supply of fresh apricots through the summer.

Niagara Apricots

Harcot

A beautiful, large, yellow-orange fruit with a very sweet, very rich traditional apricot flavour.

Harglow

Produces medium-sized, freestone fruit with a gorgeous bright-orange colour. Exceptional flavour and texture.

Harrowgem

A firm, bright orange, red-blushed variety.
