There is nothing like eating or canning a fresh, tree-ripened Baby Gold. We strive to grow peaches packed with flavour and nutrition by picking them when they are “just ripe.” Baby Gold Peaches are known for their balance of sweetness and acidity. Their firm flesh stands up well to heat, so they won’t turn mushy when cooked or canned, making them excellent for canning, baking, and freezing as well as fresh eating. Ripening times vary with each variety and Mother Nature’s timing. ## Baby Gold Varieties We Grow Three varieties that take us from early-season canning through to mid-September. Early Through Late ### Baby Gold Selection Same exceptional flavour and texture, staggered through the season. #### Vinegold Early-season variety with medium-to-large fruit. Great if you want to get your canning done early. #### Baby Gold #5 Late-season peach ripening from late August into mid-September. #### Baby Gold #7 Typically ripens after Baby Gold #5, around mid-September.
